No. There isn't going to be any consistency in the titles of these posts. Even though these last three have been put up one after another.
Day 2:
Still wanted a lie in this morning, but not nearly as bad as yesterday. Think I'm pretty much used to the new time zone now.
The drive in seemed slower, and I'm fairly sure we took a slightly different route. I must find out where the lab actually is (no address for it on the company webpage).
Amusingly, my phone has used Tweetdeck to get some Twitter updates through as well as Facebook. I still can't post, might look into it later.
In the lab, and back to testing.
Unless something new and exciting happens I think I'll stop writing about work stuff.
Random notey thing-
I've found out the hotel is only six miles from the lab (by road, not as-the-crow-flies). It takes the same amount of time to between the hotel and the lab as it does for me to get from home to work. That journey is a little over 20 miles. Just shows the huge difference in population and car density here.
Wasn't so keen on the way the fish was cooked for todays meal. Still edible, but not great. The pork was really good though so still a decent meal.
The engineer here has said he'll take me a restaurant tomorrow to try a wider variety of the food available over here, so quite looking forward to that.
Late back to the hotel again, all the small shops seem to be shutting or empty, and larger ones are shut.
I must ask what there is to do in the area in the evenings outside of the hotel.
